Ultrasound Results

I had an ultrasound today, and at first the baby didn't want to reveal its gender. The x-ray tech finally got a peek and I saw that it's a boy! I had a feeling all along that it was a boy, but now I know for sure. I think the girls are slightly disappointed, although they won't admit it. Boys are fun, as we already know, and that's probably what we have the most of in baby clothes anyway. Seven boys--can you believe it? I never would have thought, back before I got started, that I'd have seven sons. One day there will be seven brides for our "seven brothers.":)

Ethan Singing

This video is of Ethan singing a few songs from his repertoire while eating cinnamon biscuits for breakfast this morning. He didn't sing them the way he usually does, but at least he was agreeable, for the most part. He does pretty well for 2 1/2, but sometimes he is in such a rush to get to the next line in a song that he slurs the words so he can jump ahead. I was a little disappointed that he made the Sunshine song silly this time. He usually sings it well and on key. I guess we all have our moments.
